Setup includes:

  • A booking form with your questions, services and prices
  • A booking page on a short web link, with your logo and a call button
  • An instant alert on your phone for every enquiry, with a job number
  • A job board on your phone: New, Booked, Done
  • A QR code for your vehicle, trailer or business cards
  • Ready-to-use wording for your missed-call text, voicemail and Facebook auto-reply, set up on your phone with you
  • A handover session and a one-page quick guide

Everything in Starter, plus less time on quotes, invoices and follow-ups. Best for busy tradies who fall behind on paperwork.

On top of Starter, setup includes:

  • Your price list set up in an invoicing app, so common jobs are a few taps
  • Customer details carried from the booking into your quotes and invoices, with no retyping
  • Draft invoices you check and send, never sent automatically
  • A review request to the customer after each finished job
  • Reminders for repeat work, where your services come around again
  • A short monthly summary: enquiries received, jobs booked and done

*If the invoicing app needs a paid plan for your volume, that subscription is billed to you directly and isn't included.*

The monthly care plan

Your monthly fee keeps everything working without you having to think about it.

Included:

  • Monitoring, with an alert to us if anything stops working
  • Fixing anything that breaks, at no extra cost
  • One small change a month, such as a new question, a price update or new wording
  • The automation tools that connect everything

Response times:

  • Questions and change requests: a reply within 2 business days
  • Alerts that have stopped arriving: looked at within 1 business day

Not included: new features, extra forms, after-hours support, and paid plans for apps you use yourself.
